Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

You can receive your LED signs in 10–14 business days with standard shipping. Express shipping takes 7–10 business days for an additional $75, including production and delivery. Production timelines vary slightly based on sign type and complexity. 

You may expect the shipment delayed in a few days due to high order volumes. Please allow 3 - 5 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once we shipped your order containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Refund

Jixta accepts 1:1 replacement for manufacturing defects. We review each return request and make a decision based on the cause of the fault.

All our signs are made to order based on your specifications. Because of this, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Please review your design details carefully before confirming your order. You can always contact us for any return question at support@jixta.com. 

✅ Important note: Jixra is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. Should your order arrive damaged, please reach out directly to the shipment carrier to submit a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any fees (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Jixta will, however, endeavor to mediate these issues and work to avoid any unexpected or unnecessary added costs for the customer.
