When can I receive my LED signs?

You can receive your LED signs in 7–14 business days with standard shipping.

Production timelines vary slightly based on sign type and complexity.

What warranty is included in Jixta's LED signs?

All Jixta LED signs come with a 3-year warranty at no extra cost. This warranty covers:

• 1:1 manufacturing defect replacement
• Electrical component failures
• LED performance issues under normal use

We stand behind every sign we produce.

What is your returns policy?

Jixta accepts returns and refunds for faulty products only. We may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product.

Jixta reviews each return request and makes a decision based on the cause of the fault.

How can I return the LED sign if it arrives damaged?

If your LED sign arrives damaged, contact us at support@jixta.com immediately. Both photos and video are required for quality review and diagnostics. If we approve your return request:

• The complete product must be returned within 14 days.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

We'll let you know via email if there's any specific case.

Do your LED signs meet commercial safety standards?

Yes, our LED signs have low-voltage systems designed for professional environments. Compliance documentation is available upon request for projects and inspections.

Are your LED signs plug-in or battery powered?

All Jixta LED signs are customized plug-in powered with an optional selection of battery powered. Our electrical specifications:

• Input voltage: 100V - 240V
• Output voltage: 12V
• Output current: 5A
• Max power: 60W
• Type: Switch power supply
• Plug type: Region-specific plug supplied based on destination (US Type A/B, EU, UK, AU options available)
• Cable length: 3 metres (10 feet) from sign to socket

This ensures stable, safe, and consistent performance. We also have battery options for more flexible placement compared to plug-in models. With the battery option, there’s no need for a wall outlet or visible cables.

What's included in my LED sign set?

Our standard package includes LED sign, electrical wiring, and AC transformer are in this set. We also deliver other components, such as back panel, sign shell, which depends on sign types you ordered.

Are Jixta LED signs waterproof?

Yes, Jixta provides many LED neon signs for outdoor applications. We offer waterproof IP67-rated outdoor signs with up to 30 minutes of submersion in 3.3-feet water (1 meter).

Performance

Are LED signs bright enough for commercial use?

Yes. LED sign provides consistent, evenly diffused illumination. Jixta's signs remain visible in both ambient daylight and low-light environments without glare.

Can I adjust the brightness of my LED signs?

Yes. Dimmers and brightness controls can be integrated upon request. This allows the sign to operate from full visibility down to low ambient glow levels while maintaining color consistency.

Can your LED signs match my brand colors?

Yes. Our LED sign offers precise color control with 12 color options: Red, Green, Blue, Teal, Pink, Light Pink, Purple, Yellow, Orange, Ice Blue, White & Warm White

This allows accurate brand color matching, including warm whites, neutral tones, and custom hues. You can customize colors using our Instant Mockup for indoor signs or request a custom quote for branded or outdoor LED signs.

Installation

How long does the LED sign installation take?

Our LED sign typically takes 30–90 minutes for small to medium signs on drywall or wood surfaces.

Larger signs or installations on concrete, stone, tile, or glass may require additional time due to drilling, leveling, and cable routing.

Do my LED signs require maintenance?

Yes, but only minimal maintenance. LED signs require routine care like occasional cleaning with a soft cloth.

No gas refilling, glass replacement, or regular technician servicing is needed.

How long do your LED neon signs last?

Our LED neon signs last for over 200,000 hours of use. They perform at optimal brightness and color consistency for approximately 50,000–70,000 hours.
