**We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the product is proven to be defective or damaged during transit.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted with supporting photos or videos and followed by our guide via email.
Production Timelines
Production and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, supply chain disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in signage elements, LED modules and power supplies for 3 Years from the delivery date.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, modifications, water exposure beyond rated specifications, or normal wear and tear.
