Below you will find details on what our standard warranty covers and how to proceed if you ever experience an issue.

Our Standard 3-Year Warranty

Every Jixta's LED sign comes with a standard 3-year warranty covering electrical components when used indoors. This warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from:

 

  • Physical damage: Mishandling, dropping, or external impact during and after delivery.

  • Improper installation or use: Installation not following provided instructions or usage outside of recommended indoor conditions (unless an outdoor-rated sign was purchased).

  • Unauthorized repair: Any modification or repair attempts made by parties other than Jixta.

  • Environmental effects: Fire, flooding, or other natural disasters.

  • Normal wear and tear: Including cosmetic changes over time.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your sign is experiencing a covered fault from us Jixta, please follow these four steps:

 

  1. Contact us: Email our support team at support@jixta.com with your order number.

  2. Provide details: Clearly describe the issue and attach high-quality photos and a video demonstrating the fault.

  3. Assessment: Our team will review the claim and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.

  4. Resolution: If approved, Jixta will, at its discretion, repair the sign, send replacement parts, or replace the sign entirely.
