How many design revisions can I request?
Unlimited and all completely free. You feel free to change the font, size, color, layout, or anything else. We keep revising until you're 100% happy with no extra charges and no pressure to approve.
How long does neon sign production and delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your final design and you'll receive your custom sign in 7–14 business days.
We also offer the express shipping option within 7-10 business days with an extra $75.
What if my sign arrives damaged or doesn't match?
Every order ships with full transit insurance. If your sign arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved design, contact us via support@jixta.com within 48 hours.
We'll send a 1:1 defect replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers all LED components and the power supply. If any part of your sign fails within 3 years of delivery under normal use, we send a free replacement, no questions asked.
Do I need a professional logo file?
Not at all. Upload anything, such as a phone photo, a screenshot, a business card scan, or a professional design file. After reviewing your AI-generated neon sign, Jixta team will custom your mockup based on your customization notes for free with unlimited revisions.
What is UV print technology?
UV printing embeds your full-color logo directly onto the acrylic panel. Unlike standard neon signs that look like plain frosted plastic when unplugged, your brand is fully visible whether the LED lights are on or off.
Do you offer pricing for multiple signs?
