Our Lightbox sign mockup is generated directly from your logo, images, or any reference. Before production, Jixta team sends you a final design proof to approve and we revise it for free if there is any misconception. We only start production once you confirm it's perfect.

Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your final design and you'll receive your custom sign in 7–14 business days. We also offer the express shipping option within 7-10 business days with an extra $75.
Every order ships with full transit insurance. If your sign arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved design, contact us via support@jixta.com within 48 hours. We'll send a 1:1 defect replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.
